Dallas, TX February 29, 2016 – Cerebain Biotech (OTCQB: CBBT) today announced the appointment of Richmond Webb to chair their Sports Awareness Committee.
“Richmond has had an exemplary football career and is an astute investor with attractive business acumen. He has been and is involved in a number of worthwhile ventures. We are honored to have him associated with Cerebain and serving on our Sports Awareness Committee,” said Eric Clemons, president and CEO of Cerebain Biotech.
Mr. Webb states, “I have witnessed some tragic and life altering situations with friends, relatives and present and former football players due to head injuries which research shows has a relationship to the onset of Alzheimer’s disease. I believe that Cerebain’s approach and the initial encouraging results have the potential to slow down the process and with an alignment or merger with others, hopefully offer a cure. We are passionate about helping others to reduce the complications and dilemmas to both those affected and the caretakers associated with this insidious disease. We are committed to utilizing our influence and resources to assist Cerebain in their continued progress.”
Mr. Richmond Webb played his collegiate football at Texas A & M University, his professional football with the Miami Dolphins and Cincinnati Bengals, and played in seven consecutive NFL Pro Bowls.
